Smoking: Kindly refrain from smoking inside the home or near open doors and windows. If you do smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette/cigar butts responsibly. Vaping follows the same guidelines.

Occupancy: Our cozy space is best enjoyed by a maximum of 10 guests, as per fire department regulations. Please, no parties or events.

Quiet Hours: Let's be good neighbors! The city asks for quiet time between 10 PM and 7 AM.

Pets: We welcome up to two dogs with a pet fee. Cleanup supplies are conveniently located under the sink and around the complex.

Wristbands: Please return all wristbands at the end of your stay to avoid a charge per missing wristband.

Parking: Two parking spots are available with resort passes. Additional parking may incur a fee and is subject to availability.

Common Areas: Please be mindful of shared spaces and adhere to the guidelines for Seascape Resort amenities.

Grilling: If you use the public grill, a quick clean before and after ensures everyone's health and safety.

Trash: Kindly bag all trash and dispose of it in the designated outdoor bins. No loose trash in the house, please.

Furniture Care: To maintain the quality of our furniture, please use towels when sitting in wet clothing or swimwear. Promptly clean any spills.
Damages: Accidents happen! If something breaks, please inform us as soon as possible for timely repair or replacement.

Energy Conservation: When stepping out, please set the Cooling/Heating system to 75°F in summer and 67°F in winter. Also, kindly turn off lights and electronics.

Parking Passes: All motorized vehicles must display a parking pass to avoid a $25 HOA fine.

Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old, and the person booking must stay for the duration of the rental. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction without refund.
