• No smoking inside the premises or near open doors and windows. Cigarette butts shall be fully extinguished and placed in proper containers for disposal (Do not throw Cigarette butts at back turf )
• Guests shall have no more than 11 persons reside on or sleep at or occupy the premises without approval.
• No Parties allowed! Immediate eviction.
•Quiet hour starts at 10 PM and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum - Walton City laws set quiet hours between 10 PM to 7 AM.
•Contractors pls contact before booking else reservations will be cancelled and guests evicted.
•1 small dog is allowed (with Pet fee) - Pets are welcome here, but please note that there is an additional $150 fee for one pet and $180 fee for two pets.
•Pls Clean after your Dog – Dog waste begs are available under the sink.
•Pet must be with a leash on all times per Walton county law - dogs, when not on the owner’s premises.
•Parking: Four parking are available: Two parking available in the house driveway, Two in the garage. Don't park on the road to avoid HOA fines.
•Pls clean and turn off the outside propane BBQ tank after every use, Pls keep the backyard and turf clean.
•The Tenants shall not sublet the property.
•Tenant agrees not to access the “owner’s closet”, even if unlocked as its contains cleaning supplies and chemicals that could be hazardous to children and adults.
•The property has fire alarms installed and they are believed to function properly at the time of rental. Pls notify us if a fire alarm “chirps” or has a low battery condition.
•Pls keep our house clean - Clean any spills immediately to avoid sofa damages and please use a towel to sit on indoor furniture when wearing wet swimsuits or with suntan oil on.
•If you break or damage something, please let me know so we arrange for its replacement or repair for next guests.
•Per the homeowner association, overnight parking of campers, boats, motorbikes, or any other recreational vehicle is strictly prohibited. Such vehicles may not remain on property for more than a 48-hour duration unless properly garaged.
•Individuals 25 years of age or younger - Pls contact us in advance.
•Additional hours of stay can be purchased for $50/hour while available.
